Have you ever wondered how much energy you get during sleep, how much you spend during the day, and why you always lack the energy to feel alert? What about what your subconscious is capable of? And why some people fulfill their desires with ease, while others spend all their energy just to earn enough to live on?
Welcome to the “BRIGHT THINKING” section—a space for those who are tired of boiling in an endless cauldron of worries, doubts, and chaotic desires. My name is Julia Nicole Bright, and in my column, I will share with you my experience as an energy practitioner and insights from research in the field of human mental health to help those who are looking for ways to achieve conscious satisfaction in life and strengthen their belief that positive thinking is not just some wise philosophy, but a real key to your personal well-being, success, energy, and confidence — and therefore to happiness. Let’s unlock the most unexpected limits of your untapped potential, because the brightness of life energy is not accidental — it requires training.
The world is increasingly engulfed in a frantic race for success. We seem to have become hostages to a relentless marathon, where everyone, for some inexplicable reason, has to prove their worth, climb the career ladder faster, and make themselves heard louder on social media… Endless posts about success, victory photos, and motivational quotes suck up society’s attention: “You must do more! You must do better! You must be more interesting!
But what happens when your strength runs out and “I need more” turns into an abyss called “I can’t do this anymore,” which you find yourself facing and are afraid to think about the future? After all, the race leaves behind what is truly valuable — the joy of sincere moments, spiritual harmony, and the very energy that makes us truly alive.
We blame our inertia on fatigue, saying that we need to gather strength and then we will definitely start implementing all our ideas, but time passes — weeks, months, years — and we still haven’t gathered any strength. On the contrary, over the years, we start to lose energy even faster. We think that the reason for our fatigue is the amount of work or lack of sleep, but in fact, it is much deeper and more insidious — we simply do not realize how much of our precious energy “unauthorized” flows out of us every day.
Of course, it is impossible to cover the entire scope of this problem in a single article. Besides, I don’t want to reduce my vast store of valuable knowledge to a list of solutions in the style of a short, glamorous hit parade of ideas like “How to escape the hustle and bustle in 10 minutes and achieve total well-being in life.” First, I want to give you time to think a little about your current reality — what it is like, what is most valuable to you in it, what you would like to multiply, what you would like to improve, and what you would like to get rid of forever… The more detailed your thoughts are, the better the result of the desired transformation will be.
It is from this detailed analysis that the realization begins when you firmly decide to jump off this hamster wheel. And secondly, I will leave you with a little spoiler: solving absolutely all of your problems is really not that difficult a task, believe a person who has experienced not only many difficult trials in life, but also clinical death, after which he started life from absolute zero and single-handedly achieved stable well-being, financial success, and complete recovery from serious diagnoses.
Think carefully about my words. Impartially and without the slightest pity for yourself, scan your reality and imagine yourself standing at the threshold of an epic door, behind which there is a bright light — a powerful energy capable of renewing your reality and making it incredibly wonderful. You just need to understand how to handle this powerful energy.
Your thoughts are the first baby steps toward awareness—the very place where you can stop, exhale your fatigue, and embrace your true self. The decision to jump off the wheel of hustle and bustle is not an escape from problems, it is an art.
Choose yourself every day. But not through the filter of selfishness, but through the filter of wise, all-encompassing love for your soul, which came into this world to gain invaluable experience. And not only through the satisfaction of your own desires, but also through service to others.
So, shall we announce a reboot of your reality? Are you in?
