My name is Natalia Ustich, I am a lawyer, businesswoman, and author of the book «Standing on the Edge. Thoughts Out Loud.» I am a licensed attorney with the right to practice all areas of law, a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association, and the Council of Attorneys of Ukraine. My professional activities cover a wide range of fields—from business consulting to protecting the interests of clients in international agreements and criminal cases. Additionally, I am the founder of several businesses, including the construction company «Salon Decora.»
My professional journey began with legal practice. In addition to two higher education degrees with European diplomas, I gained extensive experience in international agreements, business consulting, and litigation, working with large companies, entrepreneurs, politicians, public figures, and stars from the entertainment industry and film. I developed effective legal strategies for doing business in Ukraine and abroad, helping my clients achieve significant results in their fields.
In 2012, I founded the constructioncompany «Salon Decora,» which quickly gained a reputation as one of the leading companies in the market. In 2013, we received an award for business achievements and became the official dealer of the Italian brand of decorative paints and plasters, Spiver Italy. Within a few years, our company became well-known due to the high level of services and innovative solutions in interior design and finishing materials.
However, the biggest change in my life occurred after the start of the war in Ukraine. My family and I had to emigrate to the United States, where, fortunately, I found support from my new colleagues. I met Vladislav Salaridze, a licensed attorney with over 17 years of experience, who specializes in immigration law. He actively supports Ukrainians and offering free consultations for them.
