Her name is increasingly mentioned among reformers of the educational and family approach in the United States.
From war to influence: a personal story of strength
In 2022, Liliia lived in Kyiv, Ukraine, with her husband and two young children. Her son Timur was 1 year and 4 months old, and her daughter Alisa was almost 9 years old. She had her own successful consulting business. For 12 years, Liliia taught parents and educators how to raise happy, confident, and successful children.
She has developed over 25 original programs in the areas of parenting, coaching approaches to upbringing and education, personal development, creativity, emotional intelligence, and more. Over 12,000 participants have attended Liliia’s programs. Since 2016, Liliia has been a member of the board of the Association of Coaches and Education Facilitators (Ukraine).
Intellectual products as a platform for influence
Liliia Bielousova is the author of many intellectual products, each of which is unique and highly valued by customers. In 2017, Liliia created her own coaching game, Family Mosaic, a powerful transformational tool for parents and professionals who work with parents and children.
The coaching game is a unique format that helps not only to understand complex parenting issues, but also to change family dynamics at a deep level. The game was published in two languages: Russian and English. And in 2022, a Ukrainian-language version of the game was released.
Family Mosaic has become not just a tool, but a cultural phenomenon. Liliia has created and conducts training courses called “Facilitator of the Family Mosaic Coaching Game.” To date, 25 game leaders (psychologists, teachers, coaches) from different parts of the world have been certified: Ukraine, the United States, Moldova, Russia, Belarus, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, and the Czech Republic. Each of them now conducts the game in their community, helping parents and professionals find new approaches to children, families, and themselves.
In the same year, 2017, Liliia became the heroine of the book “Yes, I am a brand. Or how to achieve success in a crisis.” Her interview is an honest, profound conversation with those who seek inner change and a new vision of themselves.
2019 was no less remarkable for Liliia. She published a book entitled “The Saga About You: From Birth to…”, which became a real gift for thousands of families. Liliia is proud that this is not just a book. It is a living, personal story of a child, written together with her parents.
It is more than a book. It is the key to a child’s self-centeredness, a mirror that reflects their uniqueness, and a light that shows the way. “The Saga About You” is a way to give a child the most important thing: knowledge of who they are and faith in who they can become.
The following year, 2020, was marked by the creation of new games for children and parents:
- “Open your heart to miracles” — for the development of emotional intelligence,
- “Brain Inside Out” — for developing creative thinking,
- “Interesting conversations every day”—for meaningful daily communication.
Liliia emphasizes that these games are not designed simply to “keep the child busy,” but to LIVE together—through dialogue, shared presence, and understanding.
Also in 2020, for her significant contribution to the field of parenting, Liliia Bielousova was invited as an expert to join the jury of the National Mother of the Year Award. She evaluated the Family Comfort nomination. Liliia’s expertise, depth, and emotional sensitivity were highly appreciated by the organizers.
A voice of hope for anyone starting from scratch
Liliia and her family enjoyed living in Kyiv and were content. However, everything changed on February 24, 2022. Along with her two children and elderly mother, Liliia was forced to leave Kyiv after the outbreak of full-scale war in Ukraine.
When she arrived in the United States, Liliia, like many other Ukrainians around the world, was forced to start all over again. Everything she had achieved at home, everything she was proud of, everything that defined her—was gone.
But she was left with a choice: retreat or start from scratch. Without language, status, or resources, she managed not only to adapt, but also to build a new system of professional influence.
Thanks to her determination, in 2023 Liliia founded Conscious Parenting LLC and began conducting training programs for children, teenagers, and parents in her new country. Liliia became a leading trainer in the following areas: conscious parenting, personal development, critical and creative thinking, emotional intelligence, time management, adaptation, career guidance, career realization, etc.
Over two years, Liliia has conducted more than 200 workshops, attended by over 2,600 participants. Her programs have a lasting effect on the formation of healthy families and socially responsible citizenship. It is safe to say that Liliia’s activities contribute to the national interests of the United States.
Continuous development: the key to the future
Liliia continues her education and is currently an Oregon Registry Specialty Master Trainer Ta Peer Support Specialist (Adult Mental Health). Liliia has adapted her games to the American cultural environment by creating English-language versions of “Interesting Conversations Every Day,” “Open Your Heart to Wonder,” and “Inside Out Brain.” These games are already actively used in families in the United States, strengthening emotional contact and child development. And in 2023, Liliia created a completely new bilingual (Ukrainian and English) game, “Interesting Conversations Every Day 2.”
With the aim of offering practical solutions that can be implemented in education and work with children, Liliia co-authored three scientific articles on education, behavior, and crisis adaptation in children. The first article, entitled “Comparative analysis of problems, approaches, and goals in the organization of the educational process for young children in different countries around the world,” has practical significance for research due to the inclusion of a new characteristic: “children of war-torn countries.”
The objective of the second scientific article is to propose solutions to the identified problems in the educational process. The third article is devoted to the topic: Choosing a form of education as a way to overcome crisis situations in times of turbulence. The aim of the study is to develop practical recommendations for personality development in the current turbulent world.
Liliia Bielousova does not limit herself to writing scientific publications. She actively shares her experience with a wide audience: she writes a column for parents in the local Ukrainian-American newspaper Maidan (USA), where she regularly publishes articles on conscious parenting, life skills development, emotional literacy, and family harmony. Her publications are read by both parents and professionals seeking practical and inspiring support.
New Ethane: Space for the Future
Liliia is particularly proud of receiving a $45,000 grant from the state of Oregon to establish a certified children’s center. Together with her Ukrainian partner, they are in the final stages of opening the Playful Pals educational and developmental children’s center, the first Ukrainian-American space in Multnomah County. The Children’s Center will be an environment where children from 6 months to 12 years old can develop and thrive.
Not just teaching. Changing reality.
Liliia is a voice for those who have experienced loss, who are on the brink, who are afraid to start. She proves that anything is possible. That even in a new country, without language or acquaintances, you can build a new self — if you keep the faith and act with love.
